Capturing video from my Mac

I would like to capture whats on my screen, i play world of warcraft and i would like to make a movie. Someone said to captuer it via teh video camera but i have no idea how to do that. I would like a way to caputer me playing, then edit the movie and upload it. Whats the best way of doing so?

I think Snapz Pro X might be able to do what you want if you add in its Quicktime movie capture extra (which also adds US$40 to the price of US$29.99).
