Car charger issue

I’m looking for a new car charger cigarette lighter that has the cig lighter plug and a regular usb and the new usb-c type. Like an adapter I have led lights in car that plugs in with the cog lighter end. And it’s the only cig lighter in my car. So I need someone to plug into lighter abd then it has options of plugging in cig lighter , usb and usb-c. I only see the adapters that plug into the lighter and gives you 2 cig light holes but I only need one. Anyone?
