Car Charger Without Hissing For iPhone 4?

I have a couple car chargers but all of them have a loud hissing sound when I try to charge it while also using it to listen to music. Are there any chargers available that will allow for me to charge it without the hissing noise and still be able to listen to music?

Tried searching and didn't see much.
