Car Dock + FM Transmitter Suggestions

I searched and just can't sort through it all and find what I am looking for. I'm looking for a car dock, preferably a windshield mount, with an FM transmitter built in. Can anyone recommend one? If it spins to landscape, that would be even better...

I've been looking for something similar. I agree that a window mount would be preferable, but I really haven't been able to find any window mounts that fit my requirements.

HOWEVER, I have since become open to the cigarette lighter mounts. I just discovered this car dock and FM transmitter from PDO. It's 50$ from them, but can be found for $30 on Amazon. Looks promising.

Anyone have experience with this unit?
