Car Kit that can fit an iPhone 4 with or without the Bumper?

Are there any good car kits that I can get for my car that'll work whether or not I have the iPhone 4 Bumper on or not?
 
Run a search for Brodit car kits - They are THE best! The perm mount looks a lot neater than those scruffy devices that stick to your windscreen! :)
 
I have a Kensington air vent/windshield mount. Works perfectly. With and without bumper.
