Car Play Issue with iOS 10.0.2

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue!

I have Car Play in my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I have an iPhone 6. Everything worked beautifully until I updated to iOS 10.0.2. When I get a text message, the indication appears on my display. When I touch the message, it no longer reads the message to me. That worked fine until i updated. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'm wondering if a new version might be issued to correct this issue?

I also have problems with CarPlay in my Corsa Sport 2016 - I can see the "counter", but there is no red badge around. Other times there will be either numbers or badge. Worked fine in iOS9.
