has anyone come across anything (in the uk preferably) that can charge a macbook pro 15 2018 from 12v?

Ideally, something like this but for usb-c and higher power, I suspect it would be a bigger unit and maybe need it's own switched live to be safe with the higher current

I'd rather this kind of clean solution that you can plug a usb-c cable into rather than having to run an inverter to take the 12v upto 240v/110v only for the wall plug to take it back down to 20v.

I have found this
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Charger-Wa...ocphy=9046780&hvtargid=pla-611871855026&psc=1
but it is only 18w so more aimed at usb-c phones/tablets.
