Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5F136 Safari/525.20)

your radio is not compatible with the iphone

simple as that. i don't get it, how is the iphone different in this respect to mp3s?

The iPhone doesn't function as a USB storage device like other MP3 players. These USB radio devices are using a generic USB storage device driver. There is no disk mode for the iPhone which even other iPods have.
