Carbon Copy cloner screw up - need a good data recovery tool

I just screwed up with CCC and data off an external was wiped. I'm pretty sure it's still recoverable. What's good data recovery software for Mac? I don't mind paying if I can get my data back!

AH!!!
 
I calmed down a bit and did a search and am trying Data Rescue II now which will hopefully find something!

CCC didn't run for too long before I realized it was erasing what was on my drive. Hopefully it can get the stuff!
