Carcassonne the board game adaption previously released on IOS has now been released on Mac OSX.

Play the original award winning board game Carcassonne with friends, family, or other board game enthusiasts - online or offline. Includes six expansions!

Build a medieval landscape, tile by tile, claim landmarks with your followers and score points. As a winner of the prestigious "Spiel des Jahres" award in 2001, the game allows for a plethora of play styles and strategies. If you like social gaming or board games you will love Carcassonne!

The app is quite pricey but the board game and computer adaption of the game are great.
Apparently a new expansion is currently in development. I assume (but really have no idea) that the expansion will be a free update as the game includes all the expansions and has no in-app purchases.
