Hi,

So I was using the cards app on my 4S for the first time, and when I go to order the card, the app cashes... EVERY time. My phone is even up to date. I also tried it on my iPad, also up to date, and still crashes. What should I do?

Un-install and re-install app?

Force close the app? (double click home button, hold finger on icon until it jiggles, and click 'x' on it)

Or do what the above says :)

I'm pretty sure that's not the way to force close an app. That method clears it from the memory. To force close an app, press and hold the on/off button and the home button until the "slide to turn off" appears. Let go of the buttons, then press and hold the home button. This will forcibly close any app that you do this method on that you have open.

When an app is being particularly problematic, erase it and download it to iTunes on your computer and then sync it from the computer.

That's the most sure-fire way of clearing out all the little gremlins.
