I was on the fence about jail breaking, then saw a thread about why you SHOULDN'T jailbreak and by the end of the thread I was convinced I HAD to jail break. Very glad I did, and can't understand why anyone would not JB.
I'm new to the iDevice world so I don't want to make any mistakes and mess up my JB.
Questions: What do I need to be careful of to keep from losing the jailbreak? From posts I've read, the most important thing is not to install any iOS updates until a new JB is released.
After the jailbreak, I noticed while connected to iTunes, my phone number was not being displayed in the summary page and the icons were not properly displayed in the apps page. I assume the icon issue is normal because of the tweaks installed. Is this an accurate assumption?
Thanks
