iOS CareKit: How to access scoliosis measurements

I'm developing a new iPhone app that reads and interprets diagnoses and results. Suppose one of my users, Joe, finds out he has scoliosis. My app should be able to look at Joe's medical record and inform him of the severity of his condition.
