Did anyone do a CWP trade in and have been able to do the trade in through a store? I’ve been to 5 different shops around London and everyone one has reported their trade in machine is not working.

Anyone been successful around London or surrounding areas?

I had trouble and I’m not in London but the issue is that their software that checks the trade in phones isn’t compatible with iOS 15 yet!! So I couldn’t trade in mine so I just sent it through the post to them

Interesting. None of them has told me that as a reason.

Annoyingly the deadline to get the phone back is tomorrow so looks like I will miss out on the trade in. Will probably look to sell privately.

Wanted to do in store due to previous experiences but has backfired on me.
