CarPlay CarPlay: 18.3.1 Breaks Siri Commands for Music

So....this is a weird one I'm experiencing and tons of Reddit users I seen reporting the same. I wondering if anyone else has found a circumvention for.

Summed up, post 18.3.1 upgrade Siri commands in CarPlay for music report back 'can't show you that while driving'. You can't ask to play a certain artist, album, song, etc. That very same functionality works fine when not in CarPlay mode.

Other items such as maps work fine. Not sure what the heck could have broke this in such a specific manner, but hoping someone has some ideas/thoughts.
