CarPlay issues with 2017 chevy Impala

Bought a new car and when ever I get a phone call my air turns down on low. There is no way to turn the fans up. I live in Texas and this is not a good thing. How can I fix this?

Bought a new car and when ever I get a phone call my air turns down on low. There is no way to turn the fans up. I live in Texas and this is not a good thing. How can I fix this?

You're going to have to contact the dealership. The car is sensing that you have a phone call incoming and is silencing the fans on a low level to where you're able to hear the call. If there is not a setting through the CarPlay system itself to adjust this, then it's through an auto update through software.
