CarPlay issues with Messages and WhatsApp

Messages and WhatsApp showing notifications and when replied, still shows as a notification until played again. Then the replies are out of order on the iPhone. Weird.

Both wired and wireless versions of CarPlay.

Did you ever figure out what was causing this? Experiencing the same thing (as well as sometimes having to restart google maps on the phone to have it update on Carplay) - kinda regretting moving to iOS16 at this point.

No - it's still happening. Hoping it's corrected with a later version. It's a PITA...
