Does anyone else still have this feature which was supposedly introduced and swiftly discontinued in an iOS 11 beta?

I still have it in iOS 14 and wondering if it’s because I once used the iOS 11 beta and the history of my current iPhone SE 2020 can be traced through backups and restores to at least iOS 11.
Just intrigued to know if anyone else has this or more details- maybe it’s not actually discontinued, or there’s a niche way to unlock it?
