carrier error !! pls help

hi guys,


i accidentaly upgraded it to 1.1.2, so i restored it and downgraded to 1.1.1. this is my status: i have a iphone firmware 1.1.1, activated, jailbroken. i used anysim to unlock my phone, it said anysim cannot unlock my sim. now when i go to settings> carrier its says error, i cant get any service.
everything works fine but i cant make any calls, no carrier!! what can i do? any help pls?? tnx guys...
