Carrier Carrier Logo change possible?

Hello, i've a quick question!

I do not want to jailbreak and I'm on an 'unusual' carrier (1. FC Köln from Germany).

Is it possible to change the carrier logo? I have iPhone 5 with IOS 8.3
Tools like CarrierEditor or CustomCarrierLogo do not work since they do not contain that carrier.

zeppelin* is also a great tweak, it wont change like att to t-mobile or anything like that but it can change it to icons like batman , superman and stuff like that
