Carrier Name\Logo\Selection in Settings GONE After Jailbreak?!?!

I installed the JB, SB Settings and Five Icon Dock, and when the phone restarted the carrier name on the top of the screen was gone, and there's no way to manually select carrier in settings. What gives?

I installed the JB, SB Settings and Five Icon Dock, and when the phone restarted the carrier name on the top of the screen was gone, and there's no way to manually select carrier in settings. What gives?

So as an update, it appears the culprit is SB Settings\Activator, which is a real bummer as I really like SB Settings. I uninstalled five icon dock and the problem presisted. I then uninstalled SB Settings and the issue came back. I then uninstalled it and the problem went away. :-(
