Does anyone else have a dashed line where Carrier is in the Watch app under General->About?

The watch says carrier Verizon 9.0 in its Settings->About and under cellular it says Verizon and Status Connected. When forcing cellular it does connect and work.

On iPhone, Watch app shows Verizon and data transmitted under the Cellular section, but like I said shows “—“ next to Carrier in the General->About section. It’s driving me nuts!

I tried unpairing and setting up as new etc, but it’s still not showing up. I also have the battery drain issue but thinking it could be the noise sampling so I’m gonna try the watch today with that off and see if it lasts longer (yesterday only got 8 hrs of use on it with no workouts, music, or cellular usage).

I have the same thing on my att watch. My watch is working and I get calls and messages so it doesn’t bother me

I also have the same line with AT&T. This is on newly setup Series 5 and iPhone 11 Pro Max devices, both on AT&T. Someone I know who upgraded to iOS 13 states their carrier info on the watch app says AT&T 8.0, but the watch itself says AT&T 9.0.

I'm guessing iOS 13 doesn't know there's a AT&T 9.0 or a Verizon 9.0. I'd bet it's fixed in 13.1.

Nice. That sounds very plausible because yeah my Watch shows Verizon 9.0, and maybe the app doesn’t realize that carrier version number so it’s dashed out. Thanks! I’m hoping 13.1 and whatever watchOS update will fix my battery drain issue too... seems to be better with Factory reset, noise sampling off, and AOD ON. Scared to turn noise sampling back on until there’s an update though...

I use both noise and AOD and mine has been okay. I'm at 77% after about 6 hours today. Not the best, but I'll take it.

Mine with just AOD on is at 59% after 7.5 hrs on. No workouts or use of cellular. Better than the first day I got it with AOD and noise on but still a far cry from the previous watchOS on Series 4.. I’d be at 80 some percent by this time.
