Carrier Pre Orders

How is each carrier handling Pre Orders? Tonight at 12:01am or 3:01am? Or tomorrow some time? I have not been able to find a definitive answer. I would like to know each carriers plan.

12:01 PST for all of them. I would recommend checking a touch early like 15 minutes before because it has opened that early before.
