Hello, i just order from montreal a brand new iphone 4s factory unblock.. But now in been told that i would not get the carrier update from my country.. Is this true or can this be done? Because the phone is factory unblock and not from A network operator.
The carrier is Claro Domincana, i know about the carrier update.. And all the benefit that bring to the iphone.
But can the carrier block the update?
if i dont get the carrier update i will loose facetime, personal hotspot, etc.
