Carrier Carrier vs Cities

Hello all,

I am planning on moving from Detroit(great for Verizon and ATT) to either Seattle, Portland, Milwaukee, Chicago, or Indianapolis. I was wondering what is the best carrier for each city. I would probably live close to downtown, and would be working at the major children's hospital of the city.

Wondering between ATT vs Verizon vs T Mobile. Calling and data.

I will have 2 iPhones.
