Carrier + wifi bar themes not working

Some of the carrier and wifi bar themes are not changing the bars or logo. What do I do to get them to work?
 
If it's on iOS 4 then this is because mostly themes haven't been updated to the new way Apple does images on 4.0 and above.

Yes it's on iOS 4. Also there is a tmobile carrier logo but it's category is tweaks after I install it how do I get it to work?
 
You'll have to wait for Winterboard and the theme itself to be updated to be able to work of iOS 4.
