Hi I am having problems with my Carrot weather app since geting my series 6 watch. I use the Modular face and in the centre i used to have my location showing, the hi and lo temps and the conditions, ie rain expected later etc. But now i cannot get my location to show, it just shows “feels like temp” if anybody knows how to fix this i would be really grateful. TIA 🙂

in the phone app, go to settings (arrow in a circle at top right, then settings)
then Apple Watch

from there, you can adjust the complications.

I am having issues with Carrot and Series 6 with complications not updating after usual troubleshooting, unsure if related 🤷‍♂️

Me too, ive changed the large centre complication to location as i always have done but it doesn’t update the change when i sync it? Any ideas anyone 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've been in contact with Carrot, they suggested restarting phone and watch which I'd done already. Maybe they will throw an update out but I read issues like this going back quite a way so who knows. With all that being said both my S3 and S6 have been updating OK the last 24 hours.

You could try changing watch face to another then back to your preferred, that might help.

Sorry to hear that, I am awaiting a response still, hopefully they can do something. I always get the impression that third party apps have one hand tied behind their back by Apple with things like this. The default Apple weather never has any trouble updating but of course it shouldn't do :)

Carrot is very good when working, also the ability to add custom complications means you can have three lots of weather data in one small dial 🙂 one below is 'feels like' temp middle, wind speed/direction below and chance of rain on the outer ring -works well...when it works 😄

Been getting hit with tons of email lately, sorry for the delays in responding to support tickets! That's definitely the best way to reach me, though, especially because support tickets send me logs that help me diagnose problems you're having.

Here are screenshots. Location at complication level or app. This is what mine shows.

Thanks for that Wolfe, where yours has the temp and precip % i used to be able to have my location showing there but i cant get it to work now 😏. Carrot replued but i have done already what they suggested and it hasn’t worked either 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just an update on the location not showing, after deleting the app completely from my watch and then reinstalling it from a back up it still didnt work. I then deleted it again and reinstalled it as a new app the location appeared for a few seconds before going back to “feels like” temperature lol. I then, for some reason, decided to to toggle over to Accu Weather instead of Dark Sky as the source and now all of a sudden the location is showing again on my modular watch face! 😊 At last i managed to find a fix for myself, heres hoping the location stays now 🤞🏻

BTW i did toggle it back to Dark Sky as my source because Accu weather would have been more expensive. Hope this helpsmother people who have been having problems 😊
