Carrot Weather - No sound

I have the Carrot Weather complication on my Apple Watch with sound enabled. However, whenever I press the complication on my watch, I don‘t get voice feedback about the weather like I used to. Anyone else with this problem or idea how to resolve? I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but, that didn’t change anything.
