I will be traveling by plane and am wondering if it is allowed to board a plane by carry on with a MagSafe battery pack. Thank you!
 
If your phone with built in battery and MagSafe is allowed on plane I don’t see why the small battery pack wouldn’t be.

You're fine. Most airlines will specifically ask you to carry batteries with you rather than have them in checked luggage, so that they can act if there's an issue with it. There's an upper limit as to how big a battery that you're allowed to carry with you can be (I believe it's 100 wh), but the MagSafe battery pack is nowhere near that.
