Case and Screen Protector or Full Body Shield

Which is a better? I was hell bent on a full body shield, but I don't know if with a full body shield you will be able to use a case with it without getting torn up . I like using cases to change styles, but I want the maximum protection. What would my friends recommend?

I'm in the same boat as you! However, I decided against the full body shield and opted for a screen protector plus a minimal case. I like to rock several cases and have found that many of the cases I own do not accommodate full body shields. If you're like me and you want to be able to dress your phone several times, then go against having the full body shield and just get a screen protector plus a case.
