I do not have my Plus yet (tomorrow!), but I have handled them in the Apple store. One of the problems I will have is one-handed use.
I can get my thumb around the screen, but I have to release the finger hold on the other side and precariously balance it in my hand/fingers.
There are iPad cases that have elastic on the back to slip your fingers/hand into for more support. (There are also some with rings, but those are ugly.)
Maybe someone will invent a 6 Plus case that has some elastic loops or pop out finger holders to help with one-handed use. Pick it up, slip a couple of fingers in the holder at the bottom right on the back, and you have a secure hold on your big iPhone.
