Case-less with just screen protector?

who's going this route? I’m on apple upgrade program, are the back glass easily scratched if not used in a case?

I'll be going this route. Don't want extra bulk on the Xs Max. Plus, the screen on the X pops and just looks much better without being surrounded by raised edges. Not sure how the back will hold up, but I won't mind a few scratches on the back as I trade every year with Apple Upgrade plan anyways.

Without AppleCare I'd definitely be going with a case.

I alo am apart of the iPhone upgrade program, my new XS Max will be arriving Friday! In the beginning of my 7 plus and 8 plus I didn't use a case. My jet Black 7 plus scratched a lot, my red 8 plus did as well. While I do have AppleCare with the iPhone upgrade program I have such OCD that I cant stand any scratches or nicks lol I ordered the Apple Red leather case and a screen protector because I love my phone looking brand new all the time
