Case Mate Brilliance Case - Concerns?

Hello,

First glance at this baby and I am in looooooooooove! However, I have heard different opinions from it's a good case to the crystals start to fall off immediately. They also say the crystals start to dig in your hand as you hold your phone. Does anybody have any experiences with these cases? Much appreciated ;):apple:
