Has anyone ever had one of these for their iPhone 3g or anything?

It seems like a great idea and I like that you have options on your colors.

From what I can tell the Otter Box Defender and Commuter cases are pretty much the same idea.

I haven't seen them first hand, nor do I know anybody that uses one with the 3G or 3GS. But based on the pictures the Otterbox cases look to provide a little more protection. Though the link you posted looks sorta like the Incipio case. I just wish there were more cases out right now.
