Case recommendations?

So for those who use a case for their phone, what would you recommend? In the past I've used Otterbox cases. However this new gold XS Max is too beautiful to put in a case that bulky. They do however have a clear case, just wondering if that would yellow over time. Thoughts? Suggestions?
 
Pretty much all TPU clear cases will yellow over time - some more quickly than others. Polycarbonate clear usually doesn’t yellow.

You can get some cheap clear ones and switch them out when they start to look bad.
 
You can find TPU cases on Amazon for under $10 so if it only lasts 5 or 6 months, I'm fine w that. I've used the Spigen Liquid Crystal in the past and it held up nicely.
 
I have used Spigen cases for my last couple of iPhones and they have held up well. I highly recommend them.
