Just bought the apple smart case after getting tired of the otterbox defender size but I am extremely disappointed in the quality and fit. I am looking for a similar case like this with the protected back and flap front but the fit just isn't there on this one. Preferable a hard plastic back. Any recommendations?

If you're looking for a case for the newly announced iPads, I found this awesome deal on Amazon: $0.01 + shipping for a Poetic Slimline case. Less than $5 total! That's a crazy good deal.

The cases for the older iPads are at regular price, but I've heard good things about them. The functionality of the Smart Cover at a low price.

I suggest the recliner folio by Domeo - http://www.domeoproducts.com/ipad-cases/recliner-folio-ipad-case/

it is constructed differently then smart case. It has a wake/sleep magnet and it very well made. Hope this helps! Domeo was created by Fellowes - just FYI.

This looks really nice and it seems to be a quality product. Do you have word from them that there will be an iPad Air size made? The new Air will be too narrow to clip into the holder thingy, I would think.
