I’m looking for the thinnest, grippiest case for my iPhone 12 Pro. I’m currently using the apple leather case which is good, but a little to thick. I’ve also tried the pitaka case, but the edges are too sharp and uncomfortable.

I've never used those other brands before so I can't really say. I used a Spigen liquid air before and it was ok. Offers some grip due to the pattern on the back but wouldn't say it overly soft. They are pretty cheap to buy so you could always order a few different ones to try out. Hopefully others can help you out more. If you don't want a case, you could always see what Dbrand (or other brand) skins offer for your preference.

I have the Pitaka magnetic case for my 13 PM and the edges are not that sharp. I don't know about the air version so I can't comment on that version.
