Case that covers all openings?

I work in a very dusty environment, any suggestions on a case that covers / plugs all the openings of the iPhone 4s?

I had to have my 3gs screen replaced due to the dust, so I want to avoid that this time around....

I currently have the otterbox defender case, the universal one for the iPhone 4, which fits nicely other than the plug for the dock area doesn't stay in no matter what I do... and that being the largest opening, I know dust will find it's way in...

Just bought the commuter series a few minutes ago and just installed it.

Like the look and feel of the case, hoping it gives good protection from drops.
Dropped my iPhone 4 one time in 7 months, hopefully less than 1 with the 4S over the next 7 months

On the otterbox commuter, how well does the dock plug stay in? This is the problem I'm having with the defender, the plug doesn't stay in at all....
