Okay, so just retired my 3GS and got a 4S. And with that comes the search for a new case.
I had a black matte Incase Slider on my 3GS which I loved. I've been looking and looking for something similar for the 4S but feel like I'm having a hard time finding anything that fits my criteria....which are:
- exposed buttons (not a fan of button covers)
- slim, minimalist design
- classy: something that retains the premium feeling of the iPhone
- lay on table design (ie. case extends beyond face of the phone)
- price not really much of an issue
A few I've considered based on online reviews/opinions:
- Speck Candyshell seems to get good reviews, but the button covers are a drawback. Also seems a little "young"
- Magpul Field Case, again....button covers
- Switcheasy - various cases but there seem to be fitment issues with the 4S
Am considering a few of the various wood cases like Signicase, iTimber, etc. but I jog a fair amount with my phone in my hand and not sure how the wood would hold up to sweat.
Hoping that I'm just missing a few obvious choices due to the gamut of cases out there.
Thanks for any help!
