case that has a plastic screen on top?

Hey folks, i am looking for a case that has a hard plastic cover over the glass, but still works with the touch screen. my family member has one and i am not to sure of the name, but does anyone have any recommendations for this type of case? thanks in advance!

Yes Otterbox is the only one I've ever seen that has that.

the one he has is the ivy skin xylo 3 or whatever its called. anyone know what is better?
