Case that will cover whole phone (minus screen)?

Is there a case that covers the whole phone minus the screen of course. Something like the otterbox defender for the 3GS. The otterbox defender for the 4S leaves a border around the screen, so if you have an all black case, but a white phone, you see a white border around the screen which is very distracting, and vice versa with a black phone, white otterbox case, you see a black border around the screen.

Any cases that cover the whole phone and offer protection?
