Case to hold 13" rMBP and DSLR

Can anyone recommend a case/bag that could safely hold a 13" rmbp and a DSLR with a fairly large lens (28-135mm type).

Also, does anyone have any experience with the Twelve South bookbook cases? ie, quality of finish, protection given (water resistance, toughness etc)
