Towards the bottom of that linked page is another link for a story on Wired.
The story is a year old, and it's a bit unclear whether their test covers a 3G or 3GS.
SAR was 1.18 W/kg without a Pong case, and 0.42 W/kg with.
Also, "the total radiated power was 12.54 dBm (decibels referenced to one milliwatt) and remained almost the same with the Pong case, indicating that the sleeve has no effect on signal strength of the phone."
