Cases With a Larger Lightning Connector Opening?

I have a cigarette charger in my car that has a larger lightning connector than the cable that comes with the iPhone. On my 5S, I had a Switcheasy Tones, which allowed me to plug in the charger without a problem. I just bought a Spigen Neo Hybrid for the 6, and I cannot plug in the charger with the case on. The Tones is not yet available for the 6, and short of buying a case that leaves the entire bottom exposed, does anyone know of any cases with large openings at the bottom?

Thanks, but as mentioned I'm looking for something that still covers the bottom of the phone, but simply has a larger opening.
