Cases with Port Protectors?

Are the otterbox cases the only ones now with port protectors on ths case to keep out dust, and lint

There's also one made from Acase - superleggera pro. Also one from iSkin that should be coming in the next few days according to their website. I believe it will be the Revo or something like that. Google em, the Acase one is around $20 right now so i believe its a bargain.
