Cases with weak rubber below home button

Hey everyone.

Unfortunately, a lot of really awesome cases have the issue of really weak, unsupported rubber below the home button that stretches and bends and irritates people (at least, it irritates me...).

Some popular examples: UAG case and poetic atmosphere

Does anyone have a DIY our other trick to fix, reinforce, or really anything to stop the rubber from bending whenever you pull your phone out?

I never had that problem on my UAG cases. Was it weak or droopy to start or did it get that way over time?
