Other than Bond looking like a villan, I'm happy. Also, it looks like no continuing Die Another Day's violation of the Fifth rule of Bond - "All SFX ccould be performed without computer assistance." If the story is a winner, I think we may have a renewal of the Bond legacy. But, please make Bond more Bond and less Transporter...

For some reason it isn't playing on my machine.

Nevertheless, I wanted to weigh-in here. The literary Bond is not as pretty as theatrical Bonds of past. So I like the look.

He's also much more dark in the novels. I think they're trying to capture this. Hopefully it works.

Over on Aint It Cool News, there is a review of the script. Sounds a lot more dark and sinister. Also not as clean as Bonds of the past have been. Apparently they show the emotional downside of doing all that killing and how Bond is kind of trapped in this life style and overwhelmed by what going on. More human, I guess. But yeah, that trailer looks pretty killer.

I must admit he is kind of a ugly Bond as Bonds go and looks a little old for starting his 1st Bond Movie. I hope its a good flick i have the book but i think over the years Bond movies had gotton silly and a lot of what you saw wasnt possible or plausable. Lets hope its a more realistic dirty gritty in your face kind of Bond then all the cliche ridden almost fantasy science fiction Bonds we have had the past 20 years. edit thanks Mr Durde for the link.
