Casio EXILIM digital cameras

These cameras feature a "YouTube Capture Mode". Anyone know if it will work with a mac? Want to know because I want to send some videos to my parents and inlaws of their grandchildren. Thanks. BTW, haven't bought a mac yet...will wait for the imac updates and if all goes well maybe a refurbished MB or MBP. Thanks again.

works perfect with a mac....however i sold it S880 and went to a canon sd1000

Yes, it will indeed work perfectly with a Mac/OS X, as they both natively use the H.264 video codec (a very efficient standard). I too looked at the Exilim but wound up with a Canon SD870, mostly for the 28mm wide angle lens.

Yep, love my exilim - works perfectly in conjunction with iPhoto and a Mac... just open up the Camera when it pops up on your desktop.
