Catalina and Strange "Playlist" on iPhone/iPod

Late to the Catalina party, just installed last month.
Since installing Catalina and syncing iPhone/iPod, I get this mystery "Playlist" that shows up on my iPhone/iPod.
It does not affect using the Music app, just wondering if anyone else has run into this?

I just looked and I have one as well. On my iPhone it contained a good portion of all the songs I have sync’d on my iPhone. It was probably auto created when I sync’d my music from my computer. I ended up just deleting it.
