Catalina beta how long does setting up your mac screen last?

Hi so I installed latest beta Catalina and it’s stuck at setting up your mac white screen for about half an hour now. How long should I wait? Thanks
 
Yes I had to restart my mac using cmd-ctl-power and it went away after restarting.
